Value of This Watch?

I came across this watch at my local shop and I'm wondering what you guys would place the value at. It's a gilt dial with pcg's. Looks like someone tried to relume it at some point. I know these gilt dial pcg's are fairly rare but I'm not sure if this is worth the 10k I've been seeing online.

Any idea of the value? I think the lume is too bad to consider it though.

Lume is complete crap!! That being said, there are plenty of modders than can fix it and make it look perfect again. How much do they want for it?

Good idea. Since its a redial, who knows what else happened to the innards. This should price around $2k or less. You can hop over to VRM and get a sweet looking one for $3k with papers and etc.
