Valjoux 72 chrono adjustment - USA

A 6263 build of mine running a serviced v72 needs the chrono hand adjusted. The watch was serviced by Domi in Germany but somehow was not perfectly adjusted so the large chrono hand sometimes gets stuck around @25min. According to Domi a very quick fix for a watchmaker that knows the movement. So my question, is there a watchmaker on the forum located in the US who could fix that?
