Thought I'd post some pics of my 8 year old VC Medicus. It's a very good rep of the gen that was limited to only 30 units. It was obviously not the most popular rep watch in its day, but now that I dust it off, I believe it had stood the test of time.

Powered by a Lemania clone (Seagull ST19), it runs beautifully as does the chronograph functions.

WOW, i really like this watch. I didn't realize they made such nice reps 8 years ago. Do you recall how much this watch cost back then???

Hmm good question. I've been buying reps for over 10 years so my memory may elude me. This VC probably cost me roughly $500 back then.

Some of my first reps are still the best, like the Medicus.

Another example is my HBB V1 which is about 7-8 years old. The "factory" that made them is now closed and by many, the V1 is considered the best Hublot rep ever made.
