Hey guys. So I am getting away to do some fishing. I don't plan on doing to much where I need multiple watches but it just got me wondering and thinking about what people take for watches when they're away.
I think (depending on location) I would normally take one Panerai model with several straps (maybe 2) and probably a Rolex model. But where I am just going fishing, I think I will just wear my 799. It is one of my favorite models and it's also been pressure tested to a decent depth and with the rubber strap, it's perfect if I go snorkeling too.
My problem is I'm so used to wearing a different watch every day that only having one for 8 or 9 days is a little nerve wracking (talk about first world problems).
I was also going to post this is the general discussion section but I am more interested to hear the Panerai fan's perspective.
So when you go away for business or erasure, what do you take for watches?
