Vac Pam 92 Arktos

Hi guys,

My Arktos just arrived from Mojojojay, and I put it on a vintage strap that's been sitting in my watchbox forever. I'm very pleasantly surprised at how this watch looks, because I thought it was going to be a catch and release.

It looks so good, I wanted to share with you guys:

Specs/Mods:

-- Vac lume everywhere! This is one of the best, most meticulous lume applications I've ever had! Even the tiny markers on the outer dial ring is relumed!
-- Serviced movement that runs and winds like butter.
-- Better case set from PAM 186 Ultimate with better case, better bezel, better crystal, better cg.
-- T48 crown.
-- NL v2 CG

A couple of comments...

Not sure if you've ever seen a Vac lumed watch in person, but the glow lasts longer than the current H-factory torches, however it doesn't glow as bright as the H-factory ones either. I compared the two to my gen 111 and I'd say that Vac is probably marginally more accurate.

I have no idea where this strap came from. I've had it forever, and picked it up in the for sale section over a year ago. As a strap junkie, I've got lots of never worn straps that are looking for a proper mate. This one works better than I expected.

i believe it has to do with e lume application.. lume on sausage dials arent exactly e same as sandwich dial..wont be as bright.. damn! so u'r e one who bought this baby! i hate u! hahahaha

I'd have gotten Goin to ship it back to me if it didn't get sold my last bump ! Happy it's not a catch and release what about that fer008 ? Have it reach you yet ?

You should take a better Lume shot , it didn't catch the lume on the tiny markers on the inner bezel

Ferrari 08 got to me well before this one, Jay. That's one model that I've wanted for a long while and was the reason I bought them from you. I've got it on a Carbon Fiber strap with yellow stitching. Looks wicked.

And the lume shot is the best I can do with my Iphone. I wanted to get a quick, dirty set of pics up, rather than spend a week preparing for a photo-shoot with my Canon DSLR! If you look closely at the rehaut, you can see the lume on the rehaut markers. Vac did a super nice job with the watch.

Plus the furry edged strap looks surprisingly good with the Pam 92.
