Seems like the CG pin isn't flush like gen but I'm not an expert.

Rep, and a sh&ty one at that.

blue A/R, the infamous E0117 serial number, gears are unpolished, the whole movement looks dull. CP is pointed and not polished. Etc...

There is like a million things wrong with that rep, and its not even one of the super reps, (DSN / Noob)

Additional tales of it being a rep (since some have already been mentioned by other members):
Lume is way too green
there should be a swan neck regulator
the ratchet and crown wheels are bad even by rep standards, they should be brushed with a bevelled edge. these ones are just flat and sandblasted.

Wow that's too bad if that guy knows its a rep and trying to pass it on. I'm not a Pam expert by any means, but the Inca block is a very easy tell. One side should be open like a Y.
