Used PAM 305 - opinions appreciated

It's an old version of the PAM305, with an A23J non-decorated movement. If you're really on a budget, for 20$ more you can get one fro V6F with a decorated movement. Finally, there is a new version from XF which I just reviewed here which IMHO, is the best version currently.

How much do you think the rep in the pictures I posted is worth? The seller wants 165€ + 10 shipping... he claims it is 'new'. I figured it was an old model judging by the non-dec movement, but then again I have no real clear idea about the origins.
It's around 145€ based on watchoutlet pricing since I presume you would have no warranty claim on the watch so on the same footing as this TD. Again this depends on what you're after. Beater watch yes. Better watch no.
