Used Gen From EBay or Chrono24?

Hi all - so I gave up on the idea that I am going to find a rep Pam183 or Pam388 these days. Looking at the gem used market I see that there are a lot of sourcing from Japanese dealers in the mid $3k range. Anyone have experience here and are the legit?
