1. YOU: seen a lot of people who didn't get an update for two months - yet YOU received an update today and asked what does it mean when it only takes two seconds to get a response on Google.
2. This is an international forum and asking if English was your first language wasn't being mean but a legitimate comment. (so there was no flaming going on). You could have used an app to post in English.
3. I didn't attack you with a rude personal comment (calling me a dick) and it would be in your best interest to treat the members here with respect or your time here

1) I have seen people with this update “Import Customs Clearance Complete” and get nowhere for 2 months. They complain because their TD won’t comp them for the watch even though it’s likely it’s been confiscated. They’ve waited on this update for 2 months with no avail according to my research on the forum. I just wanted an update from people who have gone through the process not someone to google for me, I’ve tried and not gotten specific answers on it. Cainiao is an international shipping platform and from what I read updates are a little unreliable.
2) It says “(US)” in the title plus it says “United States” in the screenshot. I know there are plenty of people in the United States who don’t have English as their first language, but it’s ~80 percent of people in the US’s first language. So it’s not an illogical jump to take your comment rudely. I am sorry that I did. Nonetheless was the comment needed?
3) I do not know you, thus I have no baseline for who you are as a person. And also have no respect built up for you. I will not give someone respect based on a title. You made a comment that I took as rude. I ran it by a couple of my friends and they all said they would feel the same. Commenting about a 2 second google search feels like an insult to my intelligence as if I haven’t searched already, even though google doesn’t in fact have the correct answer.
@asusundevils1971 I was not trying to start beef or be rude, I’m sorry for taking your comments the wrong way. Thank you for trying to help me with the subject. I just wanted to get anecdotal evidence of what the update truly means from others who have used the service. I’m very skeptical it passed customs in under 4 hours.
