Most black bezeled UPO's have that exact same pearl. I've noticed the orange bezel versions are much better in that regard.

I think is good. It's not off center just photo angle. If you are paritcular abt pearl. You shall get orange one. Black UPO always has inferior pearl compare to orange.

Pearl is off you should change it for an aftermarket insert with a correct one ...
You'll find one on Ebay seller : wholesaleoutlet990

price about : 22 Euros

then it should look like this one ..

but ask the seller a good insert with a center pearl and send him the picts as he have some different model.

Then it is very easy to change the insert ... with a sharp knife after heaten the insert with a hair dryer ...

Do you need glue to re-attach the new bezel?

Check with the seller, but if I am not mistaken them come with two sided adhesive tape attached.
