UPO non chrono Pricing

Hello,
I am a noob and I have started my research. I narrowed down the watch I want and I think the seller. My question is ... is 300 plus bucks too much for a rep? I found the same watch for less. But I am not sure if its ETA. Maybe that is the reason for the price. In short is more bucks equate to better quality rep.

It seems for a UPO that 300ish is the going rate. At least for 4th gen reps. I am still fact finding and reading past posts.
