Upgrade asian 6497 movement to Y incabloc or ETA?

I'm about to pull the trigger on my first Panny.

I've decided on this PAM177 on a brown Asso leather strap from toro

It seems I also have a choice of movements.
- Asian 6497
- Asian 6497 with swiss Y incabloc (+$100)
- Swiss ETA 6497 with Y incabloc (+$170)

Is it worth upgrading to any of these movements?
Since it is an open-caseback, I'm more concerned about the appearance than the performance of the movement. Will the Swiss movement look more gen?

- A6497 with Y Incabloc is a rep A6497 with a gen Incabloc. 95% of people (maybe 99%) able to tell the Incabloc modd will be able to see other evident flaws of the rep movement. It is just up to you to spend your money in such a modification.
- A6497 is the logic way to go
