Since I have joined RWI I have been blessed with repair and work to keep me busy and I am very grateful for that.
Because of the increased volume of work, I have not been able to keep to my estimated time frames and going forward my turnaround time will be changing.
It was previously estimated around 2-4 weeks turnaround on services, however I will not be able to complete jobs in that timeframe and I am more looking to a 6 week turnaround for simple services.
I understand that this is a considerable jump, but with the amount of work and the time I take on services and repairs to make sure the quality of work is the best possible, I do think 6 weeks is acceptable.
I am going to make sure all estimates are completed and sent out to you within 1 week of receiving your watch. That way you can quickly decide if you wanted to proceed with the work or if you wanted to reject work and have the watch returned without waiting a long time.
