unusual problem with pam 199

I recently bought a Pam 199 from one of our dealers and have been really pleased with it up to now. I've been wearing it all this week and it was running fine but I noticed this morning that the watch had stopped, no problem set the time and put it on my wrist. I noticed tonight about 10:35 that the watch had stopped again so I re-set the time and carried on working at the computer then I noticed the watch had stopped at 11:00. The seconds hand is still going round but the hour and minute hands are stopped.
Anyone any idea what is causing this problem and more importantly what the solution could be?

did you wind it? You do need to wind them especially when they're new.

Yes it's been wound and working for about a week. I've found out it is stopping at 10.30 in the evening after going fine all day. It seems to be when the date is starting to change it stops. When I move it on to 12.00 and the date changes over it works fine again. Any of our Pam experts got any idea cos this is driving me nuts.

send it back. It's bust. You should have no prob if it's from a RWI dealer.

Iwill contact the dealer and let him know the problem. I was hoping I might get a solution from some of the members here before I had to send it back.

Any problems this early on, usually a lemon. Best if the dealer just makes it right.

I've let the dealer know the problem and asked for a replacement or if he can fix this one.
There has been absolutely no problem with the dealer up to now so I hope he can help me out.
I will let you know how it works out.
