Unsure whether QC is normal

Hi everyone, this is my first time buying a rep. I have ordered from Toro and have received the QC pictures today. However, I am unsure of whether is there a problem. Will appreciate if the members here can help me take a look.

The watch marker at 3pm is protruding into the Cyclops. Is there normal or is the angle of taking the photo?[IMG

Please, if you feel comfortable with the watch then approve the qc. This is a rep and not a gen! Its unfair for the TD. Dont be too picky.
