Unresolved Issues with Trustytime

Ordered a PAM005 Noob V.12, about four months ago - process was smooth and Andrew was very responsive. The watch arrived and is beautiful! However it had a broken crown/stem.

I also ordered a strap that already came with the watch (although was told it wouldn’t when ordering).

Andrew was great in trying to resolve these issues. He offered to send out a new crown/stem and asked me to send back the extra strap for a refund.

Two months later and no crown/stem which I understand due to current raids etc.

But I sent the strap back almost two months ago and has been sat at Trusty’s local post office for almost 6 weeks.

Every time I email Andrew for an update I get the same response ‘I’ll inform you when the package is collected’.

Considering I was misinformed about ordering this strap in the first place and the fact it’s just sat there waiting to be collected, I have to say I’m very frustrated and disappointed at this stage.

Having read other TD complaints before, I know members will implore patience in this instance, but considering I’m given no timeframe and working to resolve completely initially avoidable issues, I’m justified to feel let down.

TrustyTime has now confirmed they are in receipt of the strap.

Now awaiting the refund.

Update guys - Andrew from Trusty organised the refund, was less then I paid for the strap but whatever. Glad that part of it has been sorted.

Just waiting on the replacement crown/stem.
