Ordered a PAM005 Noob V.12, about four months ago - process was smooth and Andrew was very responsive. The watch arrived and is beautiful! However it had a broken crown/stem.
I also ordered a strap that already came with the watch (although was told it wouldn’t when ordering).
Andrew was great in trying to resolve these issues. He offered to send out a new crown/stem and asked me to send back the extra strap for a refund.
Two months later and no crown/stem which I understand due to current raids etc.
But I sent the strap back almost two months ago and has been sat at Trusty’s local post office for almost 6 weeks.
Every time I email Andrew for an update I get the same response ‘I’ll inform you when the package is collected’.
Considering I was misinformed about ordering this strap in the first place and the fact it’s just sat there waiting to be collected, I have to say I’m very frustrated and disappointed at this stage.
Having read other TD complaints before, I know members will implore patience in this instance, but considering I’m given no timeframe and working to resolve completely initially avoidable issues, I’m justified to feel let down.
