Uncle Seiko Strap (Vsf Aqua terra Quick Review)

Hello all,

I have just received an Uncle Seiko strap for this Vsf Aqua Terra.

Just a quick review of the strap. Strap is beautiful looks more similar to the newly release omega bracelets in a style similar to the Rolex President straps. Strap is amazing quality and looks better in real life, really very beautiful.
Big difference is that the links are all brushed as opposed to omega bracelets which are brushed on outer links and polished on the middle link. Nevertheless, it doesn't take anything away from the beauty of the strap or watch combination.

Clasp is strong, good looking, polished and easy to use. I love that the uncle straps logo has a similar look to the omega logo. Balances very well.
Overall, good quality reasonably priced bracelet which I prefer to the flat style bracelet on the omega aqua terra, which I think looks a little outdated.

** Important note: End links whilst fitting incredibly well do not align with holes on lugs perfectly. This is due vsf aqua terra not being an exact clone of gen aqua terra. I was on the verge of returning bracelet when found a post suggesting to find thinner spring bars. Purchase 1.3mm spring bar thickness, which worked wonders.

I was dissapointed with the new AquaTerra I have, that the strap is nothing near than genuine i saw days before getting the VSF rep.

Yeah I used 1.3mm thickness spring bars. With the 20mm length. You can get them very cheap on amazon. Worst case scenario if you are worried you can always make a return.

My bracelet arrived today, and I simply used the VSF endlinks and the VSF spring bars, did not have any problems. Watch looks fabulous now, thanks for this thread. Makes a massive difference!

The end links are from VSF, and Uncle has Fedex 3-4 days shipping option. I prefer that since my last order from him (half linkn titanium for a Pelagos) was lost for over a month and he refunded me easy with no complaints.
