As someone who has ordered many times from Puretime, I just want to praise the team for going above and beyond to correct an order.
I ordered a lower demand watch from them back on 10/17/22 and squared all payments necessary by 10/18/22. QC pics were received on 10/24/22, were GL'd and shipping tracking was provided to me on 10/28/22. Here is however where things started to get dicey... After over 3 weeks of checking the tracking info, nothing had moved and based on reports at the time, I suspected my watch may have been seized in one of the local raids. After sending a brief message to the Puretime team, they assured me the watch had been sent out and asked me to wait patiently just a while longer. As someone who (kinda) understands the game, I knew I had to wait.
Ultimately, I waited until 1/3/23 and decided the package was gone. I reached out to Puretime and they offered me a quick resolution to QC another watch and send it shortly. After just a few days, I received new QC pics on 1/9/23 and GL'd the beauty. I received the tracking info and the watch came in on 1/25 to the PNW.
While it may have been a little longer than I wanted, the team was responsive and worked together to a great solution. I cannot recommend working the Puretime enough!
