Ultimate PAM 252?

Saw this at yahoo auction site, is this the 252 that we have been waiting for? I remember Angus giving us previews and updates on the 252 and apparently it got suspended. Opinions from the experts please.

Got mine from ruby a month or two back....absolutely love it for $229....not $390....wearing it now and actually looks better than photo on Yahoo auction.....runs great...even GMT function

From my observation the case back looks good most of the other reps have a brushed finishing where it is suppose to be polished. The CG in the photo does not seem to be flush to the case especially the top and bottom, seems to have a gap. I'm not sure how close to gen is the shade of blue for this rep. Other than that looks pretty good, I'm no expert though just comparing photos of the gen.
