Ultimate Pam 127 Fiddy. Need Guidance.

I'm looking for the best "Ultimate PAM 127 Fiddy". I had attempted to contact DSN a few times, no reply and I've been around here long enough not to bug the RD's. (I've bought from Davidsen in the past and was very satisfied). But then I read that Timeshops was great for Noobfactory 1950's. His website looks pretty cool but after reading some of the horror stories, I'm feeling a little bit guarded. But most of those negative reports were a few years ago. While it's not my first rodeo, I'd welcome any guidance on acquiring a Noobfactory 1950. Only reason I'm asking about Noobfactory is because RWI scuttlebutt is that they make the best 1:1 reps for PAM models. Very grateful for any assistance from those with greater wisdom than me. Thanks.

I would keep trying DSN. He can miss a few emails, but what I would do is to PM him on here real fast, and tell him that you've been trying to contact him with no avail. He is generally good with communication once you get his attention.

Best of luck.

Actually, you're much better getting the new noobfactory fiddy over DSN version now. It's much better.

Thanks, (to both responders) but I don't know of any noobfactory contact besides the aforementioned Timeshops. Any alternate suggestion would be welcome...

You guys are cool.

Any of the dealers should be able to get the noob fiddy, but try Angus at as he was the firs t one to get pre-orders.

Thank you. RWI is in all likelihood the best rep forum with the coolest people. I like hanging out in here (until I get a life) and I'm amazed sometimes at the sheer kindness. Unless you're a d@uchbag in which case, you get what you give. Grateful and humbled by everyone's help.

+1 on angus at pure time. Most of my watches have come from him. TS is not actually as bad as some people make it out to be. I have got 3 watches from him so far and no reason for complaint either.

Thanks again. Was not familiar with Torobravo. Cool website. (and I wonder if he has anything to do with the Toro CG which Goin installed on my Pam 111H. I mean, how many Toro's are there?) Also, I'm very cautious to not pre-judge our RD's. They have to earn the representation here and from what I've seen, one small mistake and people take a flame-thrower to them. So thanks also for the supporting words on behalf of TS.

Buy with confidence from Toro, I've bought from him before, and just ordered the new Noob Ap diver from him yesterday. Great communication, fast Qc pics if requested.

I bought my Noob Fiddy and SOSFv2 from Toro recently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Top notch! :)

Here you have some links for the Noob factory PAM 127
It is the best option at this moment by far over other versions
Go with confidence if it is the last Noob version//

Thanks for these links; Already contacted Toro and Puretime. Price is about the same. $368.00 (which is interesting because I bought a Marina Militare from DSN last year for $500.00, I don't get it. It's almost the exact same watch without the PAM branding. Did I over-pay?)

Anyway, thanks for all the amazing support.

But you usually DO overpay IMNSFHO whenever you buy from him!!:stir:

Puzzling prices

Thanks Frank. You sound like you've been in the game a bit longer than me, (and I've been in a while), and while I won't ever say a bad thing about DSN, I'm getting the sense that you're paying extra for his reputation. This is probably a discussion for another thread (which I might just initiate), but on a Marina Militare, it's a homage watch and maybe DSN is building it himself and thus charges more. I have to admit that, while the product I bought from DNS is top-notch, I could have bought the noob factory Fiddy for nearly 200.00 less. Anyway, just thinking out loud. Thanks for your NSFHO. Funny.

Maybe a bit TOO long!!......And one thing I have developed is what I consider a very "fine" bull$hit filter....Recent pricing, of what are admittedly well made reps, has gone "bonkers", and the dealer in question has been one of those at the vanguard....
Back "in the day", @ $200. was the top price most folks expected to pay for a top tier rep.
Then, a few dealers like Hont started peddling "hard to find" stuff, like 47mm Pam Subs, and HBB's for $6-700., and the fun began....but not for cheap ba$tards like me!!!...
Here's a quick example of how I spent @$775. total:

Yes some of these(none of them in fact!!!) are NOT 1:1...But I don't care!!:maty::maty:
