I have enough watches to justify keeping any that I know I'm not going to wear, and while I can admire the beauty of this watch, I know deep down it will hardly get any wrist time.
In my opinion, having handled VSF and now VS+, the VS+ is the winner for me. First of all I find the indices to be the correct size and texture. I also find the overall colour to be closer to gen. Furthermore, it has the correct end links on the bracelet. Finally, the crown feels a lot more solid and winding is smoother.
I have not opened up the case back as I do not possess the tools, but based on all my research and speaking with the dealer i purchased it from, this watch uses an a2824 movement which in my opinion is better than the movement found in the VSF as it is much easier to fix.
Looking to get back what I paid - the watch is in unworn mint condition and ready for its new home.
I know someone out there loves the NTTD and this is the best example I have seen.
Also comes with all the goodies you see in the picture, I have also thrown in a brand new Marine Nationale strap, which I believe is the perfect colour for this watch!
As far as I am aware, VS+ is now out of production and so no more of these will be made.
