Up for consideration this evening is a beautiful GMF Rolex Explorer II in white WITH KNOW SETTING LEVER ISSUE
I paid £350 for this and had this watch for around two weeks= it was running fine then the setting lever went- it now runs on its own for around 2 minutes before stopping and will run again after winding the crown slightly.
As fast as I am aware this is a known issue with this particular watch from GMF and is reliantly easy for a watch smith to fix- I have just fallen out of love with it and it has sat in the watch box for months.
If someone would like to take this and have it repaired I am positive it will make an excellent piece
