Found a sad looking Tudor with some replacement hands, and a couple issues.. Also, I know vintage Tudor has been going up in value but WOW, this seller has some balls to ask as much as they are for this POS.

From what I can tell, it looks like a gen movement, case, and dial at least, but the hands and bracelet are fake or aftermarket. The bracelet also looks to have solid end links, and definitely has solid mid links, so it's out of place.
Here you can see the SEL, which has a bracelet with solid mid links, so it's 100% non-genuine. There's a classy loose screw in the pic too!
Here's a shot where you can clearly see the solid mid links.
Now while this isn't a rep on the 'Bay, it still seems deceitful and over-priced. The bracelet is listed as a "Custom Oyster bracelet", when it all honestly it looks like some cheap rep, and is definitely worth less than an original bracelet. The aftermarket hands aren't mentioned anywhere in the ad or description. That goes against their already weak policy about authenticity, as it says "As to authenticity, ALL OF OUR WATCHES ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! Some accessories such as certain diamond dials, diamonds bezels, and bands are CUSTOM or AUTHENTIC so READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION to be sure you know what you are buying." It kills me that there seems to be little you can do about sellers like this, who are unscrupulous at best.
Flipping through the listings there's a lot of "custom" or "refinished" watches that looks like they were stripped for parts, put back together with some aftermarket junk, and re-sold for more..

This ladies Datejust looks all sorts of wrong too. Mag is low even for this model, rehaut looks extremely small and unlike other 179171 I compared it with on Chrono24..

Anyway, looks like another seller with mostly gen "custom" watches. I feel bad for the person who takes one of those in for servicing at a RSC.
