i am finally back inthe market to purchase a watch. i want the navi two tone with white face, gold dials

my question is, the pro' s and cons of buying the 9 12 6 dials vd the 3 6 9 version.

what are your opinions in terms of accuracy to genuine for each etc

thanks

Recessed datewheel on the 3-6-9.

If that bothers you, don't get it. It doesn't bother me, thankfully. :D

Like Pug said, the sunken date wheel on the 369 version is a give away. The origin navitimers came with that tricompax layout but was changed over to the 6912 version i believe in the late 80s or early nineties only to be changed back in the early part of the new millenium. I personally prefer the 6912 model. this is the model i grew up longing for. I also much prefer the 3 oclock date position over the wedged in, after thought looking date spot on the 369 model.I dont know how the sud dials are transferred, but that may be an issue for reliability.

i think i may go with the 12 9 6. overall the navis seem like they are spot on to gens

how the quality of the gold and the bracelet.

if its like the gold on your typical sub tt, i guess thats good enough

as long as it doesnt screw cheep replica

i figured to get this color combo cuz its different from all my other watches

now to choose a seller
