could you kindly advice if there is any difference between these two PAM 508?

Yes the strap is different in both models
But the movement is also different: Distressed strap model has inverted layout movement the other model has NON- inverted layout movement

Hyjynx, are you kidding?
I assume you know the differences and qualities even better than myself !

Of course the NON-Inverted version is the most accurate, the balance wheel placement is always wrong @11 (instead of @7 like gen) but the orientation of the balance cock bridges and inscriptions in NON-inverted are the same as gen.
