Tutorials on assembling Getat parts?

I bought a completed watch from Getat along with a complete set of parts to build a second one (both are 1950 style)... I also ordered up a selection of watchmaking tools. But I would love to find some kind of step-by-step before just trying to dive in. I thought about disassembling the one watch to figure it out in reverse, but a tutorial would still be nice

Any pointers?
