Hi guys,

I picked up a Tudor Black Bay awhile back and my wife took a fancy to it. Unfortunately she has the wrists of a Somalian kid so I had to resize the bracelet smaller for her, but after removing all the links with screws I realized it wasn't small enough! So some weeks ago I posted a thread asking if it was possible to remove the last link.

Fortunately for me @Silverclaw had a solution. A simple one which some others had asked for pictures so when I was replacing the links back I took some pictures but the general concept is the same as removing them. So here goes:

Tools needed:
1 x Tudor BB bracelet (duh)
1 x Pin Pusher
1 x Patience

Step 1: Open the bracelet and use your pin pusher to remove the clasp cover (or whatever you call that flap). It is secured in place by a spring bar so that should be fairly easy. Take care to use the right sized pin to push it out, you don't want to risk marring your clasp cover.

Step 2: Removing the spring bar.
Now this was the part that got me stumped before Silverclaw explained it. This is essentially held in place by friction so all you have to do is use some strength to push it out. It will have some resistance at first but shouldn't be too tough. Just use your pin pusher and push it all the way through!

After you are done, just add/remove the link, push the spring bar back in place, replace the clasp cover and you are done!

I hope this will help someone out there as much as @Silverclaw helped me! Just paying it forward! Sorry for the poor pictures or if this made no sense at all!

Didn't think many would need to as well, but I guess I did so I might as well post some guide to it!

@Raddave - what other way was there? Would be interesting to compare!

I ended up removing a permanant link.
But once you do that, its not reversable.
