So the news is out that tudor are secretly bringing this out similar to the black bay one for the general public
That's beautiful! I just dont get why the BBs are so thick and chunky. It's a heritage piece so in my mind it should be much more subtle. The case could be 38-39mm and much thinner.

Agreed. I purchased a BB rep and wore it most of last summer, trying to bond to it. It never happened. Now it sits in a drawer and gets no use.
If it were just a bit smaller, at about 38mm, it would be perfect.
I agree. I went to torneau to take a look at some bb, and they feel really chunky. Maybe it's because I'm used to the smaller rolex subs, and my moon watch, but the bb feels a tad too thick

Just talked to a knowledgable AD, he says no one knows until the 14th, but he says it's from the heritage line.
However he said he doesn't think anything will get close to the "one watch" Black Bay bc it would decrease the value so much.
At the the same time thought he said there was a 2nd gen (blue) Pelagos and a 2nd gen ranger (north flag, which was incredible in the metal FYI) that what else is left besides the BB for a new release?
we will all have to wait and see it seems
