Been looking at the Tudor Vintage rep models on a couple of our TD's sites...
Love the look, but the models made by JKF all have 'Dome Plexi-Plastic' crystals...
Really like 'Domed' but am real hesitant on the Plexi-Plastic part!
Wondering what the feedback has been on these crystals... any owners?
Thanks

You want to try " vintage ", rep or gen, better get used to plexi acrylic crystal...:)

Seriously, it shouldn't be an issue in most cases of general use , with light scratches easily polished off if you are bothered by this. Replacement is fairly easy with a bit of skill. I have more than 15 vintage watches with plexiglass/plastic ( domed or flat) and i have no trouble with it.

I've got one and it gets quite a bit of wrist time. No issues at all. In fact I have a vintage big crown Rolex on order now and I'm pretty sure it has the same crystal.

Thanks for the feedback guys... Guess the 'bottom-line' is the 'Plexi-Crystal' is not that big an issue... tho for me, a 'domed, sapphire crystal' would be the preference.... Love the 'square-markers' or I'd probably go the Heritage Black Bay...
Think after all-is-said-and-done I'll wait for the V3 of that new Pelagos LHD (a real beauty) and go that route for my second rep purchase...
Thanks again.
