Tudor Ranger QC Pics, am I too accurate?

Hey guys!

Just received my Qc pics for a Tudor Ranger. Qc pics came yesterday and I refused the first watch since the lume on the four hour dot was totally blured.

Now second watch QC pics came and again Im not happy. What bothers me:

- Lume on the four hour marker again abit blurry

- the "6" is missing a small piece of white color

- the two hour marker has a small line of white color where it don't belong (its not dust since you can see it from all angles)

Am I too precisely? It was the first time I refused a watch but I had some very bad experiences in the past that cost me a bit of money where I didnt checked the QCs good enough

Note to myself, send QC pics to @ThomasWatch88 since he's got far better eyes than I have. I would never have notice the the first and the third issue and honestly, you should not worry about it. The watch is 41mm without a loupe you will never ever see it. As regards the 6 this is an issue and you should think about rejecting it because you will spot it every time you wear it. It cannot be made invisible for you allthough no one else will ever notice it.

And, of course, brace yourself for incoming "buy a Gen" comments ;)

Well you are right mate :D The first and the third I just saw since it was the first thing I noticed on the watch I rejected it was extremly blurry there. ... the 6 will be never noticed by anyone but me. I will try it a third time then :)

Why you asking us? You're the one with loupe eyes.

If it bothers YOU then don't buy it.

Once you've seen a "flaw" you can't unsee it....no matter how much people tell you "it won't be noticeable in real life".....yes YOU will notice it!

I suspect this rep will not meet your expectations.

Well I wanted to know if I'm too accurate this time and got my answer: yes.

I simply have to lower my expectations :)

In all honestly the 6 would bother me too.

Don't think I would've spotted it on the QC pictures but in real life ....I would see it.

Here's my old ranger bro.

See if you think the dial is better than the QC examples you've seen. It looks good to me but I am crap at spotting "flaws"

Overall I really liked the watch. The quality is amazing. Crystal is nicely domed and super clear.

Good luck

1. Not going to be visible without a loupe or in a macro photo

2. It's there but again hardly going to be visible on the wrist. If it bothers you maybe try for another but that won't be visible unless you're looking for it.

3. Again looks barely visible to me - are you sure it's not dust on the dial?

If I'm trying to decide whether to reject a watch or not on a flaw I spot in the QC pics I shrink the picture down to about half as big again as the actual size of the watch, and have another look. If I can't spot it then, then I'll accept it.

Havent rejected a watch yet and haven't regretted any either.

Certainly the 1st and 3rd things are non-issues but if the 2nd is going to bother you then think about rejecting it.

I saw the six, but I had to look vary hard to see the issue at four.

The six probably would annoy me. I would want to see the first one that you rejected.

What a beauty you have there man! :)

As I look at yours everything is perfect! I think I would regret it accepting it when the 6 isn't perfect.

Im not goind for a watch that is 1000000% on spot but when I compare it to yours and the one shown on the website of the dealer the 6 is good so ...

And Im totally with you: the watch is very nice

Is this the v6f version you have my friend? I've heard nothing but great feedback from it and have ordered one myself. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Heres the QC picture I received and it has just been shipped. its a low quality image they have sent me so I cant really tell if its similar to yours, it looks perfect from the picture but i will keep you updated once it has arrived.

That 6 looks horrible! I wouldn't accept that watch with those QC pics.
