Hey guys, just got my QC picture for my new pelagos and I got an issue with the helium escape valve as it looks tarnished or damaged - what do you think?

Could just be some dirt or schmutz. You can see something similar on the coin-edge. Just my opinion, but I think this will be hardly noticeable on the wrist.
Good luck!

Should I ask for another picture of that point after cleaning? Is that something they would do?

Just accept it if this is your only concern. Once you have it in your hands, you can simply rub and wash that off. These watches are usually quite dirty, lots of dust, polishing and brushing remains and so on...

Really, that is not worth talking about.

It looks like it is just protective tape.

Got another picture from them that looked good, it was indeed grime.

Accepted and waiting for tracking number!

Hi guys,

could you please advise me an the picture below, the area around the crown seems deformed? QC has told me that all watches have a similar problem, is this correct or should I reject that watch?

Thanks
