Hi guys

I've just received this watch today and I thought I would share with you what I think about the watch

Overall I'm quite happy with the watch, not having touched the gen I cannot give an accurate comparison so everything said in here is a matter of opinion.

Given the case diameter is 42mm it still wears roughly the same as the classic Submariner, definitely higher though given the 13.5mm thickness





Cons; The lume application is good but it doesn't last very long unfortunately

Bezel on my order wasn't aligned (Hopefully this is a one off) needed to rotate it before clicks in order to align it perfectly.

Bracelet has a slight gap in between the lugs and SEL's (I don't think I have seen a QC without this flaw though) and adjustment feels a bit gimmicky and fragile, I'm paranoid it might break

Thanks for the review and pics. I do fancy a Pelagos, the 3D quality of the dial is a great, and overall the watch is a lovely piece of design.

Unfortunately I expect it would get about as much wrist time as my Tudor BB/Sub/Chrono get... i.e. none, as my Tudors are always passed over for a Roley!

Cheers mate! I think you might be right, I'm still going through the honeymoon phase having just received it and I do quite like it a lot, inevitably though I'm probably just going to go back to wearing my LN.
