First off: the watch works and keeps time.
The issue manifested itself approximately one week after I got it from @tt88 : I can wind the watch without issues; I can set the date without issues; BUT I can set the time only counterclockwise, clockwise it will turn maybe for 5-10 minutes but then it "disengages" and the crown will turn freely.
@tripdog 's diagnosis and solution hypothesis:
"Most likely explanation is that the crown is unscrewing on the stem. Everything that involves rotating the crown clockwise (on the stem) screws it down, counter clockwise rotation unscrews it.
There is a very small outside possibility that the clutch mechanism is worn inside the crown, but it's fairly unlikely as that almost always means time setting in both directions has issues.
If it's just the stem unwinding then a reduction of 50 euros is plenty - the watch needs to be opened, stem removed, a little glue/thread lock applied to the stem and the crown screwed back down on the stem".
For the rest, it has some swirls on the case and the bezel (titanium and the matte finishing of the bezel are prone to that) but nothing major. I have used the titanium bracelet maybe twice, I didn't like it and replaced it with a canvas strap, which I'm throwing in for free. The rubber strap I got in the previous sale is included, too.
I paid 362 € excl. shipping. I'm offering it at:

- - 50€ (as per trip's assessment)
- - 22 € (throwing this in in case the buyer will want to buy a new asian 2824, they come for 19-25 € on AliX)
Final price: 290€ excl. shipping
I'll say this again, the watch works nonetheless and I have used it like it is for 1,5 years without issues, so you can keep it like this without doing anything. And if you're a tinkerer, you probably can solve the issue yourself at no cost.
I prefer Germany for shipping to minimize shipping risks.
If you have specific shipping requirements then that should be discussed before you pay, not after.
