I have been after one of these for a while as I like the look. It is a solid feeling watch, with solid end links and a nice feel to the bezel and despite being Quartz it does feel like a well built watch.

I am aware of some of the issues: wrong subdial position and wrong subdial register being the most apparent, with no running seconds hand.

Also, the bracelet is based on a standard Rolex one, albeit with a Tudor logo clasp but the gen has a nicer bracelet, similar to the Black Bay's.

Here is how it arrived from Andrew this morning...

First I tried it on a Crown and Buckle NATO. THis is a really thick strap and well worth the premium price.

The only problem with the NATO is that the lugs are designed so the watch sits unusually high on the wrist. This is a Tudor feature shared with the Black Bay. I was pleased that the watch is better finished between the lugs than my V2 Black Bay rep.

I happen to have a spare Black Bay bracelet as I wear mine on a leather strap, and with a little careful filing of the end links and a lot of swearing (it is a very tight fit) I managed to get the bracelet on. I am going to stick with it like this for the time being as I think it looks great.
