Hi,

Having a small issue with my BB v4 I purchased in July. From a TD here!!

When setting the time, it stops turning the hands, I have to push the crown in / out to change again. I can only change around 15mins at a time!!!

Once done, it seems to keep good time.

Has anyone experienced this?

I hope it's an easy fix. Advice appreciated

Kiz

Yours has the 2824 correct? I think a trip to the watchsmith may be in its future unless you are comfortable working on the movement.

Yes 2824.

Thanks, I have no rep friendly watchsmiths around me!! Hence was hoping for a diy fix... I'll persevere for now as it is!

It's is a case of dismantling and reseating the bits, I don't mind having a go... But would prefer to follow a tutorial or YouTube video!!

You are UK, correct? Domi and zocker ar, e based in Germany, I'd contact one of them. Personally I'd do a full service so you should be good for years to come. Other option is swap for a gen ETA movement, but the price is higher.(this is my preferred choice for non decorated movements)
