Tudor black bay running slow

Hey, my tudor black bay red with 2824 movement is running really slow.
porbably 30min to 1h slow every 24hours. Also i've caught the second hand completely stop one time.
And the power reserve is 5-7 hours.
Any suggestions on how to get that fixed?

Needs a service or swap the movement with a gen ETA movement. I'd just put the ETA in as it's a closed back so no movement decorations.

Ok. do you know anyone on this forum who offers services like that? Because im not sure if i can do it myself.
