This is how Tudor should have made the black bay to begin with. I really don't like are the snowflake hands. This looks much better imho and I also prefer the dial. The straight end of the bracelet also kind of makes this interesting. If this wasn't a one of a kind watch that sold for 375,000 CHF I'd have bought the rep for sure. Now what do I do, do I get the regular black bay or this?

I wonder if this will take the regular Black Bay bracelet? I prefer the look of the standard BB bracelet with the closed end links.

I agree with you guys. I prefer the Black Bay Black, but no doubt this is cool as hell! I wonder if it has engravings? Speaking of that, I wonder what the Genuine's serial number is? :nerd:It does kinda look unfinished to me too
I mean, they announced the price, but they never revealed WHO the buyer was... Brings a whole new meaning to the rep adage "wear it with confidence."
That being said, it's a gorgeous watch. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thinking about it...

This ticks all the bells and whistles. Have been waiting and longing for this version to be released.
Bracelet and lollipop seconds to me do look like the original,
love the combination with this kind of hour and minute hand instead of the snowflake;
the red triangle on the insert does it
From the TD pics the dial and printing looks rather dull and flat which is rather disappointing if it´s
really like that. I do hope it´s not, waiting for the first member pics anxiously.
Except for a real enthusiast imho it can easily be mistaken with any other Tudor or one with some
parts like hands and insert exchanged, so wearing it all the time is no problem at all.
(Little rant: with the terrible euro-exchange rate and the expensive triangle shipping on top this has
def. entered my "suffering-zone". For just EUR 40,- more You can get a gen, brand new 24 Megapixel
entry-level DSLR as the Nikon D3300 with 18-55mm autofocussing kit-lens included and that´s also
quite a bit of throw-around fun-gear for that price.)
