Purchase went ok, I got stung so bad by the conversion fees but I guess that's standard when the TD requests bank transfer.

Watch came pretty quick, as soon as it arrived I thought it looked and felt great.

Until I tried setting the time and GMT hand, the minute hand and it literally fell off.

I messaged the TD who said I can return it for mend or he will send me $25 back, I just took the $25 and took it to a Asian alley watchsmith who fixed it for $30 he was either very good at lying or didn't realise it was a fake, I doubt he gets many Tudors in.

This filled me with confidence, I wore the watch for a few days and it was great I did notice the strap scratched super easily against a desk so started taking it off whilst at work.

Then I'm out for a meal and it literally falls off… I just put it in my pocket to fix later. Once I got home I discover that the micro adjustment screw has just broken, neither of the ends would stay out.

I message the TD, as these issues shouldn't even happen on a $10 watch in a week let alone one that cost me almost $400

He took a few days to reply and has responded stating “The factory stopped to accept ordering spare parts and repair service until the end of June for some reason, Please be patient”

Really not happy with how this turnt out, I didn't see many other people have issues before I purchased, so maybe I am just unlucky, I would not recommend especially with the factory not offering any other repair solutions

I bought the same watch about a month ago. Haven't had any issues with the bracelet. However, I have had problems trying to wind it. When I unscrew the crown it jumps to the second stop so I can't manual wind it. Not sure if I should send it back or find someone local to service it.

Sounds like you have a real dog, unfortunately. As other posters have said though, it is the industry, on very odd occasion these things happen. I hope that your dealer will see you right with this.
