I have a big wrist. I have a gen sub and a rep datejust but i like more the way the datejust looks on my wrist. I want a tudor because its not that recognisable as a rolex to wear daily. Is there any version with a clone movement? Or at least a silent one?

The 41 wears about like a 6-digit sub. Slightly bigger, but “quieter” because the coin edge bezel doesn’t catch light like the subs scallops.

You didn’t specify which DJ, so we can’t help you with which it wears more like.

Movements tend to be ETA clones, and they’re quiet. If you have a big wrist, you should prob get the 41.

Also consider there are 3 different Black Bay 41 cases. The early ETA diver which has a slimmer case and a smiley dial, the newer in-house diver which has a fat case, and the fixed bezel Black Bay which is probably the slimmest of the lot. ZF for the first 2, LF for the last one. I’ve owned all three and the BB58 in Og and blue. The BB58s get the most wear from me.

The size depends on wrist size, and personal preference of size in general. And always go for ZF.
