Tudor Black Bay broken clasp - Anyone here have this issue?

Got the Tudor BB a couple months ago and clasp on the bracelet already broke. Went to put it on today and an end cap popped off exposing a spring. Anybody experience that before? What should I do?

Strange as the BB bracelet seems to be of good quality otherwise

what quality rep is it? from a TD, I suppose, and not from dhgate or something like that, right?
