I'm considering this 2 models, both use in-house movement based on ETA2824-2 or SW200-1 with COSC. Which one is better in your opinion?

Morning - I was looking at the 1926 a few months ago. I saw from the reviews that the SW200 was accurate but I'm fairly sure the watch wasn't COSC certified. Ultimately it was what pushed me towards looking for a more expensive Tudor (started looking at the Ranger)

The 1926 used to use an ETA movement but with the Swatch group keeping these movements to themselves moving forward it made other manufacturers look towards the Sellita movements.

In terms of movements though (and I am no expert at all) I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Actually managed to try on the 41mm white and blue over the weekend. Was a really nice watch.

Tudor doesn't say it is COSC but they modify the movement runs as COSC I think

Having looked at a bunch of reviews on it - I can see people are saying that it runs very well, it isn't COSC but it more or less should be. Basically I think that Tudor didn't want to increase the cost of the watch by getting the certification done?

Anyways - if you get it, totally report back on here - would love to see some photos of it
