I had a few questions about a few watches and Jennifer was prompt and awesome in her reply.
Then came the purchasing part. Placed and order, was asked to submit two separate credit card payments $800 and $539.
I did so, and didn't here anything for a couple of days, sent an inquiry email, and then was told that it was declined.
I called my credit card company who informed me why it was declined (they say I put in the wrong address which isn't correct) and the amount's charged were 871.32 and 587.05. This increases the amount I told I was being charged by approximately $110.
I sent an email to puretime each day for the last three days asking why I was being charged $110 over and they have failed to respond and stopped responding.
I'm sorry for responding here but is it normal for TD's to charge over the amount and then go radio silent when questioned why? I tried to handle this in emails but haven't gotten any response so I am concerned about these practices.
Thanks for any insight.

They definitely charge a premium to use a credit card, it makes me feel more protected so it's worth it to me.

Thank you for ordering from us. As explained before, it's illegal business. The exchange rate is usually very bad. You may try other payment methods if you worry about the extra charges. Thanks
