Been trying to get a hold of anyone in jtime but no response at all, i made a purchase in November 16, made the payment and never heard back or even got an order number

Insane the amount of people scammed at the moment .. and we only know of the ones that post here. To OP, sorry to hear but now you know where to find the correct websites!
Hope you didn't send too much money to them. Losing any money isn't a good feeling. Sorry you got scammed by a fake site.

Nearly got scammed myself. Suddenly realised the ‘jtime’ I was messaging was using a UK number and realised I’d messed up. Initially used the website I googled rather than the link on here.
did you contact him on whatsapp? from my experience, he usually responds within 2 days.
