Trustytime delay a lot that my item. 35 days since my orders and NO sign of my watch

Guys be careful when you buy from Trustytime or JTIME because I am facing serious problems with the shipping both have chosen to ship using the cheapest route possible they can profit from it. Singapore Portal Service. I never ever use this route to ship my watches in 12 years.

now both sellers don't give the proper assistance all they can provide is the excuses, but not go after the postal office and check the situation: If the seller is only interested in getting his money only and don't work on the after-sales is painful. DONT EVER USE this route I do not say the seller is dishonest NO, HE IS NOT! I have my first replica 10 years ago from him.

I don't have a single update since 12/08/2021

Please understand that we use the safest way to ship the watch as we are dealing with reps. It is not safe with other courier service

I cannot control the courier shipping times. Anyway I already checked with the forwarder and they say the package is on its way to you.

I cannot understand and you know that the package is not progressing I have chat today with Singapore Post and they also don’t know what is going on and request the send to open an investigation.

All I need to know is What are you going to do? Becuse if the parcel not arrive in a week NOBODY will be able to para pick up.

Andrew knows what he is doing. They must find a way to make sure there is a high chance of you getting your product. If they loose it its up to him to fix it. As any business owner its always out if our pocket for something that we have no control of. With this just be patient and if something does fail these are TD and will help you fix it. Just like you buying from M2M section if its lost or broken its not their fault, once out of their hands its in Gods hands. But im glad you got it. Now you and others know just to wait and trust the TD.

Es ist nicht einfach 2-3 Monate auf die bestellte Ware zu warten,aber letztendlich ist die Ware angekommen,mit 4PX geht es halt nicht schneller.Geduld ist nicht jedermanns Sache,ich hatte auch meine Zweifel,aber mittlerweile ist es Schnee von gestern.Meine Meinung,Andrew macht es mit "Eile mit Weile". Kopf hoch,es wird schon nicht schiefgehn!:goodluck::clap:

You can trust Andrew 100%. I was scared too at first since it was my first order but then he explained to me its the safest way since the new EU law on VAT parcel from outside EU. I received my submariner with no tax to pay. Really happy

I do business with Andrew since 2010. The post was not about Andrew is about 4PX screw us if you are in a hurry however this depends on country to country.
