Payment process was via PayPal, again smooth. QC process was outstanding, provided numerous clear photos, including a photo of the movement timing.

I would also like to endorse Andrew from Trusty Time. I received my first watch from him yesterday and I am really pleased with it - an Omega planet ocean chrono with metal bracelet. Andrew is excellent at answering questions and accepts PayPal which is useful. Delivery takes a while, but the experience was very smooth, thanks Andrew, I would certainly buy from again.

I also had a super easy and smooth transaction with Andrew. Paid through PayPal. Quick to provide QC pics, and shipping and tracking was quick as well. I had a couple of questions and he promptly answered them as well. Watch came packaged very well with a lot of protective plastics over every surface.

The watch he got me had a problem with the dial being missalignment and it took a while with QC pics back and forth untill we finally cancelled the deal.

In the end Andrew gave me a full refund so I decided giving him a second chance. Lets see how it goes.

How long did you wait? I rejected a watch one week ago, and no QC pics for the other one until now ...

It used to take about 5 days for him to send new QC pics, but the problem in my case is that he didnt manage to fix the issue. He was sending me pics of the same watch.
After we cancelled the deal, he said the factories weren't responding.
