Wating for 60 days now..triangular shipping.. is that normal?
say's..failliure..attempt..but i was there..cant track the order now..country is the Netherland..anyone experienced with this?..there is a poor communication with Trusty..does not reply..

Dude I'm in the same exact boat you are in. I sent a watch back for repair back in Dec... My second time doing so with TT.. First time around.. Super simple.. Got pictures the day after delivery from watchsmith, Updates on the status of the repair, so much communication without asking for it. This time around totally different night and day 180° in the opposite direction. No pictures of confirmation it took weeks for it to be delivered from the local post office in China due to the holiday. I have no doubt in my mind that I won’t be seeing that watch if at all until April.

Last week was a failiure delivery attempt..while we where at the adres,with no notification from the courier..whats going on!

I hear you man. I've bought maybe 5 watches from TT.. They would be at my door before I EVER thought to email and ask what's going on.. I email now every week because it's no updates.. No pictures... I'm sure TT will stop responding to my emails soon.... I'm pretty sure I'm taking a loss on my NTTD Omega.. Not a lot of hope in getting it back at this point..

Another tracking site say's now this..its in transit..there's still hope after 61 day's ,i know its out of reach from Trusty..its a post.nl..or dhl..courier problem!

DAMN! That's ROUGH man. I haven't had TT send watches to the USA using that vendor.. Usually it's some company called 4PX (something like that?) tracking is usually pretty vague...

Not sure if this was your first attempt at reps mate… but I got done on my first order by yourwatch (feckers) and lost about $700… I took it on the chin and put it down as experience.

go again, but double check those addresses etc. I’ve done loads of orders now without issue.

I had a Dealer write my address incorrectly on the package once (not Trusty), and got the same delivery attempt failure message. You might want to ask Trusty to confirm what address he sent your package to.

In my case the package then went to the return address on the box, which was a warehouse facility in my Country. They contacted the Dealer, the Dealer contacted me, the address was corrected, and a week later I received my watch from the warehouse. The whole process took well over 2 months.

I feel that pain mate. But do persevere.

pehaps try JTime as you can keep in contact via WhatsApp but be VERY careful as there are fake websites for them too… be sure to check on the TD section of this site.
