OK, so back in 2020 I bought 3 watches from Andrew. The customer service, the feedback and response was andvhas always been excellent.
The latest watch I bought back in August was the V3 no time to die seamaster and unfortunately in late November the crown/stem got damaged somehow to the point I could no longer screw down the crown.
After speaking with 2 local watch makers they identified that I needed a new crown/stem which I ordered from Andrew. As soon as it was ready he shipped it out and I got it in about a week. The same day it arrived, I went to the home of my local watch maker who has a home workshop and he affixed the new crown/stem.
I cant thank Andrew enough for his kindness, great customer service and patience with all my pestering questions and emails. Andrew for me is the number 1 trusted dealer and the only one I'll buy from.
Thank you, my friend. I'll be buying a couple more watches shortly and I know the first 2 on my list!
