If you used the correct website then no he is not a scammer so no you have not been ripped off.

As others have said he isn’t a TD this side but just to give you hopefully a little piece of mind I ordered from him recently and it took around 30 days from purchase to receiving my watch but got it in the end. This is much longer than PT for example which I normally receive within 14 days which is pretty impressive.

I ordered from Trusty Time ... He is not a scammer.
But as other had said ... he is NOT TD (trusted dealer) in RWI, so the Staff here can not help you.
