Trusty Time - first time buy

I have today made my first purchase from Andrew, having not used Trusty Time before (a VSF Yacht-Master 42).
Andrew has been really helpful and very responsive by email, I eagerly await QC.

I got my QC pics today, some days after I thought they were coming, and unfortunately I've had to write to reject.
One of the oysterflex strap cushions appears quite badly deformed and there is a prominent marked area on the bezel right next to the date window and crown.
