Hi gents.

I’ve had a few watches from Andrew / Trusty in the past. Always a great service.
I came through RWI to log onto the Trusty website, to make my most recent purchase, so I’m sure all is well.
But it’s taking a it longer than usual to receive the tracking info and the payment method via card was slightly different than usual.

I just want to confirm that Trusty now sends an email for you to visit a site, where you go to make the payment if you opt to pay by debit/credit card.

I’ve had QC and confirmation, just a slight delay on tracking in comparison to previous experiences, so wanted to double check all is in order.
